Gym Exercise Schedule Can You Give Me Some Advice On My Gym Schedule ?

Can you give me some advice on my gym schedule ? - gym exercise schedule

Only have access to the gym from Monday (Sunday to Thursday to Sunday I'm in another city, which I unfortunately do not). I heard that is the optimal number of weight training sessions per week 3-4, but I do not know if it's okay if I do not, all four sessions on consecutive days, then 3 days free. How do you think I build my schedule? I also do some exercises at home for the weekend? Which exercises do you recommend?

  1. I suggest you gym sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. And if in another town, the train on Saturday and Sunday. For it is not correct to four sessions on consecutive days. At home, do resistance exercises with body weight, if you do not have access to weights or machines.
